Why do I often feel tired even after getting enough sleep?

Feeling tired despite sleeping enough is common. It can happen due to stress, lack of physical activity, poor diet, dehydration, or too much screen time before bed. Mental pressure and irregular sleep schedules also affect sleep quality. To feel more energetic, try maintaining a fixed sleep routine, eating balanced meals, drinking enough water, exercising lightly, and limiting phone or laptop use before sleeping.
